We have held our clients' personal information in strict confidence since we were established in 1982 and will continue to do so in the future. We are privileged that our clients have entrusted us with their financial matters.

As a requirement of the Securities and Exchange Commission, we are required to inform you of our Privacy Policy.

It is our firm's policy to protect the confidentiality and security of current and former client information. We do not disclose nonpublic personal information to either affiliates or to non-affiliated third parties. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to prevent inadvertent disclosure of confidential information.

We train our employees to protect our clients' privacy and have sufficient technical and physical protection to prevent unauthorized access to such information.
